Hello I’m Judith Garcia, BSN-RN. Latina business nursentrepreneur. A Registered Nurse Injector with over 19 years of professional experience and the owner of 11:11 Aesthetics & Wellness. Specializing in injectables and rejuvenation treatments, including microneedling, to help my patients achieve a refreshed, radiant look. My services also include weight loss programs, IV hydration, vitamin injections, and peptide therapy. My goal is to provide safe, trustworthy, and personalized care—empowering you to look and feel your best from the inside out. ✨ Cancellation & Reschedule Policy Your time is valuable — and so is ours 💋 To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, please review our policy below: ⸻ 📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations • Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled time. • Any cancellation made will forfeit your deposit and require a new deposit to rebook. • Any rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $20 rebooking/rescheduling fee. • This fee must be paid before booking your next appointment. ⸻ 💳 No-Shows • A no-show (failure to arrive or contact within 15 minutes of appointment time) will result in the forfeit of your booking fee and will require full prepayment for future appointments. ⸻ 💌 Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • This amount will only be applied toward your service total at the time of your appointment. • If cancellation is needed deposit may be refunded per exception. ⸻ ⏰ Arrive On Time & Late Policy Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. • A 15 minute grace period may be allowed depending on the service booked. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled with a $20 added fee to respect other clients’ time. • Late arrivals are still subject to the full service fee. • If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be automatically canceled and your deposit/booking fee will be forfeited. I kindly ask that you plan accordingly for traffic, parking, and check-in time. Repeated late arrivals may require prepayment for future bookings.
